Shipping
Youngs Garden Shop ships throughout the United States, year round. However, we do not currently ship to international destinations.
We will pull and ship your order within 1-3 business days. Once your order has been shipped, you can generally expect USPS to deliver the package within 3-5 days, depending on your delivery address. Youngs Garden Shop is not responsible for any delays due to the shipper.
Shipping rates are weight-based. Once you have added items to your cart, input your shipping address to calculate the shipping amount.
Payment Instructions
Please order your plants through our website shopping cart. We use PayPal to process your credit card so you know that it is secure. Once you have finished adding items to your cart, simply proceed to checkout, then click the "Continue" link on the left side of the page to pay with credit card. We will also accept payment via check or money order. Just contact us if this is a better option for you.
Return Policy
Youngs Garden Shop guarantees that you will be satisfied with your order. When you receive your order, if you are not completely satisfied, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return within 14 days to process the return. We will respond with instructions for how to proceed with the return.
Once the return is received you will be credited the full purchase amount, minus the cost of shipping (unless it was an error by Youngs Garden Shop, in which case you will receive a full refund).
